This Policy applies to Personal Information collected through our website and mobile application. We do not collect Personal Information through offline activities or in-person events unrelated to a scheduled service.

We collect this data when you register, book a service, or contact us:
- Registration & Account: Name, email address, phone number, password, and your service address
- Booking & Payment: Session details, date/time, therapist preference, billing address, and limited payment card details (e.g., the last four digits of your card).
Note: We do not store your full payment card number. All full payment data is securely handled by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. - Voluntary Disclosures (Optional): Limited health information you choose to provide to ensure safe service delivery (e.g., allergies, injuries, or pregnancy status). We do not collect medical records or provide medical care.
- Communications: Emails, SMS messages, support messages, or feedback you submit.
B. Information Collected Automatically
We collect this data using cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies:
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and crash/diagnostic logs.
- Usage and Analytics: Information on how you use our app and website (pages viewed, time spent, conversion data).
- Service Location: The physical address you provide for the service session.
- Therapist Live Location (en-route only): Once a therapist begins travel to your booking, their device shares its GPS position with Wellors approximately every 15 seconds so we can show you a live map and an accurate arrival time. Sharing starts when the therapist taps “Start travel” and stops automatically the moment they mark themselves as arrived. We do not track therapists outside of an active en-route window, and we never track customers' live location.
C. Information from Third Parties
We receive limited information from our trusted partners, such as payment processors for transaction verification and analytics providers.

We use your Personal Information for the following core business purposes:

- With Therapists: We share details necessary for them to perform the session (your name, general location/service address, preferences, and relevant voluntary disclosures).
- With Service Providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery, and analytics.
- For Legal and Safety Reasons: To comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Wellors, our users, or the public.
- In Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
